Lynn University's men's soccer team continued its reign as the top-ranked squad in Division II, defeating Sunshine State Conference opponents Barry and Florida Southern. Providing four points for the Fighting Knights in the two games was Anthony Desperito

The junior from Bayport, N.Y., played a crucial role in the 4-1 victory over Florida Southern on Saturday, providing the game-winning goal while also assisting on the final two goals of the match to put the game out of reach. With his performance, he now has two goals and three assists on the season.

The Blue & White host Tampa on September 26, at 3:30 pm and travel to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., for a road match versus Nova Southeastern on Saturday, September 29 at 7:30 p.m.
