BOCA RATON, Fla.— Lynn University and inaugural head men’s lacrosse coach Brian Kingsbury welcomes local lacrosse coaches to an informal meet and greet on Sunday, February 24, at 4 p.m.  The event will be held in the Blue & White Club Room, located on the southeast corner on the second floor of the de Hoernle Sports and Cultural Center.

Coaches of the local high school and club level are all welcomed to the event and meet the coach of South Florida’s first NCAA men’s lacrosse program, while enjoying refreshments provided by the University.

The addition of lacrosse will be the third sport expansion for the Fighting Knights in the last nine months and will increase the total number of NCAA varsity sports sponsored by the University to 14; eight women and six men.

Current and future student-athletes of Lynn University will not be able to attend the meeting due to NCAA rules. Those students interested in the Lynn University lacrosse program can email Kingsbury at
