Winter Park, Fla. – Natalie Kallmunzerova added the first plaudit of her Blue and White career to her name on Saturday as the Lynn University women's tennis newcomer won the 'Flight A' singles bracket, highlighting the Fighting Knights' outing on the second day of the C.L. Varner Memorial Invitational.

Doubles Flight A
- Anastacia Parkin and Kallmunzerova secured fourth place after suffering a setback to Vitanza/Borg from Rollins in the third-place match.
Singles Flight A
- Kallmunzerova brought home the title without dropping a single set in the tournament. She defeated Saint Leo's Marta Vicens Miquel in the semifinals (6-4, 6-0) and then turned in another strong performance in the championship match with a 6-1, 6-1 triumph over Rollins' Fabiana Vitanza.
Singles Flight C
- Parkin secured third place in Flight C in her first weekend of action as a Fighting Knight. Parkin first fell in the semifinals to eventual champion Andrada Gordan (SLU) before besting the other Lion in the bracket, Fabiola Cardenas, in the third-place bout (6-0, 6-1).
The team will not start preparing for the start of the 2018 season.
